After School Program interest forms accepted through August 11

The Sheldon ISD After School Program is available for children in Pre-K-12th grade, 3 hours per day, High School 2:45-5:45 p.m., Elementary Schools 3:15 to 6:15 p.m. Middle Schools 7- 8 a.m. & 4-6 p.m. The program is funded by the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Grant and is offered FREE of CHARGE with priority given to students with the greatest academic and social emotional need.

**C. E. King High School After School Programming will begin on August 29, and the Mandatory Parent Meeting will be held on August 25 at 5:30.

Monahan Elementary Mandatory Parent Meeting will take place August 24 at 5:45.

Early Childhood Academies follow the elementary program hours following dismissal. ECA students are transported to the program after they are dismissed and begin programming from 4- 6:15. Garrett provides programming to Cravens Students, and Sheldon provides programming to SECA students.

Interest forms will be accepted August 1-August 11 for the 2022-2023 school year. If your student is accepted into the program, you will be notified via phone or email by August 12, 2022. A mandatory parent meeting will be held Monday, August 15, 2022 (Elementary), Tuesday, August 16, 2022 (Secondary). Your child will NOT be considered enrolled and cannot attend the program until all registration documentation is completed. The first day of the after school program will be Monday, August 22.

Submission of this form is not a. guarantee of enrollment but a notification of interest in the program.
