On Friday, October 31, 2025, Houston Random Acts of Kindness (HRAK) Inc. hosted the ribbon cutting and grand reveal of the newest RAK Room at C.E. King High School. The event brought together school leadership, community partners, sponsors, and district officials to celebrate a program that empowers students through kindness, responsibility, and financial literacy

Due to weather safty concerns, the Sheldon Community Fall Festival and Education Foundation's Shuffle 5K have been rescheduled for the spring.

Sheldon ISD is proud to welcome Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) to our community as they set up a manufactoring facility at Generation Park. This will begin a new partnership with the school district, empowering our students to succeed in new ways!

The Sheldon Shuffle 5K is back, and it’s time to lace up and hit the course. Join us on October 25 registration opens at 6:45 AM and the race takes off at 7:30 AM sharp!
When the race is done, stick around the Community Fall Festival kicks off at 9 AM with food, fun, and fall activities for the whole family!
